Robert M. Goldich, a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office, has been appointed to a two-year term as employer co-chair of the Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee (ERR) of the American Bar Association’s Section of Labor & Employment Law.
The employment rights committee addresses developments in the law governing the rights and responsibilities of individuals in the workplace and the resolution of disputes between workers and employers. Goldich has served as program chair and administrative chair of the ERR Committee, and also co-chair of its Trial Advocacy Subcommittee and ERISA Litigation Subcommittee.
Goldich is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s labor and employment practice in Philadelphia. He is an elected Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
