Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., one of the nation’s largest labor and employment law firms, added two new shareholders to the firm’s Orange County office.
Both employment litigators, Andrew J. Jaramillo and Michael J. Sexton were formerly with Payne & Fears LLP.
In today’s press release at the firm’s website, Keith Watts, co-managing shareholder of the firm’s Orange County office was quoted as saying: “Both Andrew and Michael are outstanding litigators who are well known by our colleagues throughout the firm. Their knowledge and experience across a wide spectrum of employment litigation will certainly be beneficial to employers given the recent developments in labor and employment law.”
Jaramillo represents employers and management in federal and state courts and in administrative agency matters. He has extensive experience in all areas of employment litigation, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment.
Sexton focuses his practice on proactive employment advice and counsel and employment litigation. He has vast experience in all areas of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour issues.
