Nixon Peabody elected four new members to its partnership this week. They are John Higgins in Albany, N.Y., Kenneth Lind in New York City, Daniel Sklar in Manchester, N.H., and Roland Diniz in London, England.
Richard F. Langan Jr. managing partner of the 700-attorney strong firm, said the four attorneys are “stellar performers and make significant contributions to both our clients and to the firm.”
Higgins is a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice in Albany. He has more than 20 years experience representing employers in all types of labor litigation matters.
Lind, a member of the firm’s public finance group, focuses his practice on municipal finance and federal tax law.
Sklar is a member of the firm’s financial restructuring and bankruptcy group in New Hampshire. He has wide-ranging experience in insolvency law, corporate debt restructuring and bankruptcy.
Diniz serves the firm’s global finance practice. He has experience with both U.S. domestic and cross-border transactions with parties or assets located across Europe and Asia.
