McKool Smith was recognized as one of the country’s leading firms for commercial litigation and intellectual property law in the “Best Law Firms” rankings from U.S. News & World Report and The Best Lawyers in America.

In the press release at PR Newswire, firm co-founder Mike McKool was quoted as saying: “Commercial litigation, intellectual property and bankruptcy matters represent the bulk of what we do at McKool Smith, so it’s very gratifying to be recognized for our work in each of these areas.”
