The American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel are hosting a one-day summit in New York City Oct. 16 that will provide legal and regulatory analysis of the Asian market from top tier law firms. Focus Asia Summit 2010 will be held at The Concierge Conference Center and is designed for general counsel, investors and law-firm partners with interests in China, India, Korea and Japan.
As noted in a press release, Asian economies are increasingly being targeted by U.S. corporations as placed to do business. As a result, “we wanted to develop events for U.S. corporate counsel to meet with law firms from key markets around the world,” ALM Vice President Scott Pierce.
The Focus Asia Summit is complimentary for in-house counsel, corporate business executives and law firm partners. Pre-registration is required and subject to approval by ALM Events.
Focus Asia is one of a series of summits exploring the legal and financial landscapes outside North America.
