Schreger has more than three decades of IP and corporate law experience, including 10 years with manufacturing conglomerate, Sequa Corporation, as its Senior Vice President – Legal. He has vast experience representing clients involved in technology-centered transactions, with an emphasis in the life sciences sector. His practice includes the structuring, preparation, and negotiation of agreements respecting licensing and technology transfer; development, production, supply, distribution, and marketing arrangements; and transnational joint ventures, complex partnering, collaborations, and technology alliances.
Most recently, Schreger was a partner at Loeb & Loeb in New York. During the past decade, Ira has represented global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical instrumentation companies in dozens of matters, with particular emphasis on transactions involving intellectual property.
The addition of Ira is part of V&E’s strategic effort to strengthen the depth of the firm’s 49-lawyer intellectual property practice.
