Wasserman, Comden, Casselman & Esensten, a full service law firm headquartered in Los Angeles, has opened an office in Tel Aviv, Israel. Â The firm said in a press release the new office has been established to meet the needs of its existing U.S.-based clients that are expanding their businesses into Israel and Europe.
Steve Wasserman, one of the founders of the firm said, “For decades, we have been representing U.S. businesses active in Israel, and vice-versa. Â As the scope of business has increased, opening an office in Israel was simply a natural extension of our activity there.
Among its activities in Israel, WCC&E is working closely with the Israeli-America Chamber of Commerce to form the Chamber’s real estate division, which will serve as a platform to gather and disseminate information with regard to taxation, regulation and other key issues relevant to Israel-based investors.
In addition to Israel and Southern California, WCC&E also has a international presence in China.
