Plaintiff’s litigation firm Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C. has expanded its national presence with the opening of a new office in Los Angeles, California. In addition to the firm’s headquarters in New York City, Weitz & Luxenberg also maintains offices in Cherry Hill, NJ and Aspen, CO.
The Los Angeles office will be managed by Joseph C. Maher II, a litigator with more than 17 years of experience before the California courts at the state, federal and appellate levels. The Weitz & Luxenberg Los Angeles office will handle all varieties of legal matters on behalf of those who have been injured, both physically and financially.
“We are pleased that Joe Maher has chosen to join forces with Weitz & Luxenberg to provide the firm with a bi-coastal presence,” said Perry Weitz, firm Co-Founder and Senior Partner. “Joe’s significant experience litigating difficult cases on behalf of injured consumers and workers, especially in the asbestos litigation and defective product arenas, will add considerable depth and breadth to our firm’s national capabilities.”
Weitz & Luxenberg founded in 1986, is one of the leading plaintiffs’ litigation law firms in America. The firm has played leading roles in national and local litigations involving mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer, as well as defective medicines and medical devices.
