DLA Piper has added John Pendleton, Andrew Bunn and Katie Gummer as partners in the litigation practice of its New Jersey office. The team comes to the firm from McCarter & English.
Pendleton focuses his practice on banking and financial services litigation, regularly representing both public and private companies. Bunn has represented clients in civil litigations, including: sales practices, ERISA, financial instruments, managed care and regulatory disputes. Gummer has represented leaders in the financial services industry, including life and health insurance companies.
