According to a firm press release, O’Reilly’s practice incorporates all types of commercial lending with a particular focus on subscription loans to private equity funds, also referred to as capital call facilities, which total more than $13 billion during the last six years.
“Meghan’s practice and relationships are great additions to our corporate finance team,” said Evan Cohen, head of the Finance and Restructuring Group for the Americas.

Her clients have included all types of lenders, including her current representation of WestLB AG, a leading global provider of subscription/capital call facilities and other fund level debt financings.
She adds her practice to Clifford Chance‘s existing WestLB funds lending team headed by partners Robert Lee and Nicola Wherity in London.
“Her subscription lending experience adds to our finance capabilities and provides an important complement to our number one ranked fund formation group,” added Roger Singer, co-head of the private funds practice in New York.
