Russell Rogers, a partner in Thompson Hine LLP ’s business litigation and product liability litigation practice groups, will assume leadership of the firm’s Atlanta office effective Dec. 1. Rogers replaces Walt Addison Linscott, who will assume the role of general counsel and corporate secretary of Carestream, a global medical device company.
Rogers, who was selected for inclusion on the 2010 Georgia Super Lawyers list, focuses his practice on insurance coverage and secured lending litigation and product liability defense. He has previously held a variety of leadership positions at the firm.

With the approaching first quarter 2011 move of Thompson Hine’s office to larger space in Buckhead, Rogers will continue to focus on expanding the office to serve the needs of the firm’s local and national client base, the firm said in a press release..
