As a prosecutor, Litt’s focus has been focused on the area of securities litigation, including securities fraud, money laundering, and other white-collar crimes. Litt served as an assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of New York since 2002. He worked previously at the Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a litigation associate after graduating from Columbia University School of Law in 1992. Litt was also with the US Attorney’s office for the District of Columbia in 1998 before he moved to his present position.
