St Louis based Gallop, Johnson & Neuman has added two partners in its business bankruptcy practice. David Lander and Eric Peterson, the firm’s newest partners, will lead the practice group and will also work with Gallop attorneys in cross-practice areas that include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Banking, Creditor’s Rights, Hotels & Hospitality, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate.
Lander is a member of the National Bankruptcy Conference, the American College of Bankruptcy, the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers and served on the National Study Committee on the revision of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
In addition to his experience in other major firms including Ballard Spahr, Peterson worked in the White House Office of Political Affairs and as a lead committee consultant in the California Legislature. He received his JD from Boston University.
