Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is merging with White O’Connor Fink & Brenner LLP, a Los Angeles firm with extensive experience in entertainment industry litigation.
The move will strengthen Kelley Drye’s expertise in several practice areas, including First Amendment, antitrust, and intellectual property. The new office will open as “Kelley Drye / White O’Connor.” In turn, all Kelley Drye clients will have access to some of the most well known trial attorneys on the West Coast. In addition, White O’Connor clients now benefit from the expanded geographic reach Kelley Drye provides.
