The group of partners all join from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. There, they built well regarded practices which focused on prominent information technology, pharmaceutical and semiconductor companies, as well as winning complex cases at trial.
The partners are Roger J. Chin, Richard G. Frenkel, Julie M. Holloway, Terry Kearney, Michael A. Ladra, and Ron E. Shulman. Frenkel, Kearney, Ladra and Shulman will join in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. Chin and Holloway will join in the San Francisco office.
