Jones offers counsel on, as well as litigating, issues involving the California Environmental Quality Act, the Planning and Zoning Law, the National Environmental Policy Act, the Coastal Zone Management Act and a host of other California and federal statutes and common law doctrines affecting land use.
Thibault, who joins from Patton Boggs, focuses his practice on energy law and commercial litigation matters, emphasizing domestic and international oil and gas transactions as well as oil and gas, environmental, and administrative agency litigation.
With two decades of experience, Johnson Koch joins from DLA Piper, and represents the petroleum refining industry and other energy sector clients on environmental compliance, enforcement, permitting, transactions and emergencies, with a special emphasis on the Clean Air Act and its related requirements.
