Rosenberg is a well-known and respected member of the global financial world. Her career has included leadership roles at White & Case LLP, where she was head of the Equipment and Facility Finance Group and Linklaters LLP
Rosenberg advises clients on cross-border financings and other transactions. She works with banks, railroads, hedge funds, private equity funds and energy companies operating throughout Europe and the United States. Her practice focuses on finance and acquisitions including asset and structured finance.
