Controversial media executive, Conrad Black, will not be getting any help from the U.S. Supreme Court. A year ago the justices ruled favorably for Black, temporarily freeing him from federal prison. In the most recent development, however, a federal appeals court has convicted him on several new counts. America’s highest judges have declined to hear this new case without comment. Black will likely be returning to prison.
