After ten days the U.S Supreme Court upheld the Legal Arizona Workers Act. It penalizes employers who knowingly hire unauthorized foreign workers, since knowingly hiring unauthorized foreign workers is against the law. On Monday, Justices ordered that the 3rd circuit to consider a decision that struck down a similar ordinance passed in Hazleton, PA.
