It is up in the air whether a New Jersey bar official head-butted a convention vendor or not. On one side the vendor named Robert Kleeger is saying that he was assaulted by Ralph Lamparello (bar official), while on the other side Lamparello is saying that firstly Kleeger used some abusive words and then he (Lamparello) just pushed him against the wall, after which Kleeger threatened him with physical body injury.  How did it really happen?  We’ll let their trial on July 28th decide.
