The prestigious Arkansas law firm of Warner, Smith & Harris is closing on July 31 after 124 years of practice. the closure is as a result of the number of attorneys on staff being reduced from 18 in 2009 to less than a handful at the moment. According to the managing partner, Alan Wooten, who has been with the firm for 36 years, all bills will be paid and all legal matters will be properly handles.
