A survey carried out by the Above The Law shows that on July 4,  35% of attorneys were working. Over half the people who worked said they did it even though nobody asked them to do it. Around one-third said that they had to work because an associate or a partner made them do it. Read up on other details and firm-specific data on Above The Law.
