Texas Governor Rick Perry’s participation in the prayer rally could be violating the establishment clause, and the constitutional ban that prevents governments from establishing a religion.The prayer is called “The Response”. 6,000 participants registered in the event.Perry’s prayer rally has also included invitations to other politicians, governors and Christians across the nation, according to the Houston Chronicle.
