Attorneys Jenner & Block charged the state of California a fee of $1.14 million for their successful Supreme Court challenge to the state’s law regarding violent video games. According to the Washington Post, the petition for payment submitted by the law firm to the state is a good example of the high cost of retaining a Washington law firm for a Supreme Court case.
