Good morning all! So why is my blog called “Peace, Love and Oats”? Because I LOVE oatmeal! This morning I made my classic bowl of oats:
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup water (add more if you prefer soupier oats)
1/2 Banana, sliced
1 spoonful of PB2 Powder
Cook in microwave-safe bowl for 3:00 min
TADA!!!!

It’s perfect for mixing into smoothies or oatmeal!
Well, I’m off to try out Power Sculpt at Core Power Yoga! Have a good morning!
