The District Attorney for Manhattan has said that he had no other choice but to throw out the case against c, the former head of the IMF (the International Monetary Fund), because of the lack of evidence. Cyrus R. Vance Jr, the district attorney, said that he could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the former head of the IMF did try to sexually assault a hotel housekeeper while visiting New York City on May 14 of this year.
