Jennie Linn McCormack, a mother of three children from Idaho, is challenging the legality of the newly enacted anti-abortion law that makes it a felony to terminate a pregnancy after 20 weeks. McCormack herself had an abortion in December in her 20th week of pregnancy and was put on trial for it.
