The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has stated that it affirms it’s earlier decision to deny a petition for a writ of habeas corpus from a Gitmo detainee. The detainee, an Afghan citizen who was linked to a terror organization in Afghanistion had claimed that there was not enough reliable evidence to capture and imprison him. But the court said that there was no error of law.
