Groupon has not payed it employees for working overtime. More than 1000 U.S employees did not receive the overtime pay from Groupon, as the company turned a blind eye to Federal law. Ranita Dailey – a former Groupon employee, filed a suit against the company regarding the non payment issue. After the case was filed, Groupon realized and agreed to pay the deserving employees but failed to do so. As a result Dailey has filed delay suit on Groupon.
