Florida’s Gun Law has been stopped from being implemented by a Federal Judge, as it was argued that the law is affecting the doctors and the patients privacy. Though the Judge did not agree to the argument that it will impinge on the doctor and patient’s privacy, he shot down it, mentioning that it can be passed only if the government’s compelling interest exists. He has mentioned that instead of passing the law, the doctors can make counseling to the patients to avoid keeping the firearms or talk about it.
