The candidates who graduated in law in 2010 have faced the worst ever employment scenario in the last 20 years! It is unfortunate that the American Bar Association doesn’t feel obliged to make people know how individual schools fared in the overall full-time legal employment placements. Even if 2010 graduates haven’t found jobs, which we know they haven’t, will ABA be able to hide the fact? ABA is expected to act responsibly and exert itself in making the employment situation known rather than blocking the facts, says ATL’s Staci Zaretsky.
