Kobe Bryant had snatched a man’s phone away at a church service, and that man now claims serious injuries. Kobe thought the man was taking pictures with the phone, but none were found on the device. San Diego police told TMZ that this could be filed as a misdemeanor battery. Despite all this, it seem unlikely that Kobe will serve jail time.
