Moye White LLP unveils that a new partner, Thomas M. List, has been added to the law firm due to a the growing number of associates that Moye White hired over the past year. The law firm is ecstatic to add Thomas to their team. The more expert knowledge the firm sees, the more it can grow. Managing partner Jim Burghardt explains why the new partner will make a great addition to the team. “Tom is a superb attorney with a loyal client base whom we are excited to serve, both with regard to their real estate interests and their other business needs. We are confident that they will be pleased with the broad platform of business legal services we can provide,” according to Burghardt.
List has over 24 years of experience working in commercial real estate. His knowledge base comes from areas including land use, development, eviction, leasing, landlord and tenant rights, property management companies, property owners, zoning, bankruptcy and associations, whether as part o f a condominium or neighborhood.
Burghardt states what the new additions to their team mean: “The fact that our Real Estate Group continues to expand is a testament to the firm’s depth, capability, and reputation in this area.” LLP has managed to expand even with the tough economic times the United States has faced recently. The law firm added three new associates and two partners to the firm during 2011.
One of the most interesting additions that Moye White managed to snag was Randy Alt, who leads the Colorado state bar. Alt, through the years he has worked as an estate attorney, has managed to gain a high level of respect throughout the state of Colorado, making him an addition that Moye White is pleased to have.
Other additions to the law firm include associates who work in litigation, environmental factors and in areas of general business. Keely Downs, an associate, decided to join Moye White after working for Franke Greenhouse List & Lippitt LLP, the same firm that Thomas M. List joined from. Lisa Matter is working at Moye White as an associate that deals with transaction. Joshua Kweller works as an associate who focus on litigation with an emphasis on the environment and natural resources. Maurice Loebl spends the bulk of his time at Moye White dealing with domestic and international mergers. Julie Murphy has extensive experience in matters relating to education and has represented clients in areas including water use permits and environmental use permits. Melissa Ryan works at Moye White, helping clients complete real estate transactions. Adam Massaro is a new associate working in the trail section. Darla Gabbitas was the first new associate hire for Moye White in 2011. She works in the Trial seciton.
Moye White’s main area of focus is business law. The law firm serves clients on all levels: locally, statewide, nationally and internationally. At the time of press, Moye White employes 50 attorneys that cover matters relating to business and real estate law.
