“Matthew H. Swerdlow joins the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking Practice Group. He received a J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2011 and a B.B.A. in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin in 2005. Prior to joining Thompson & Knight, he served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Richard Schell in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in 2009, a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Justice Elizabeth Lang-Miers in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2009, a Legal Intern at Roosth Production Company & Roosth Properties in 2008, and a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Thad Heartfield in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in 2008.”
“Hillary E. Lyon joins the Firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. She received a J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2011 and a B.A. in Advertising Management and Latin American Studies, summa cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 2006.
