The law firm of Loeb & Loeb LLP has announced that Chelsea A. Grayson will be joining the law firm in its Los Angeles office. Grayson will work as a partner in the law firms Corporate Department. Grayson previously worked as a partner for the Jones Day law firm in Los Angeles as a member of their Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. Grayson will focus her duties on corporate governance and counseling, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures and strategic alliances with Loeb & Loeb LLP. Grayson has experience in the industries of engineering, construction, new media, manufacturing, building products, technology, oil and gas, health care, aerospace and defense and entertainment.

Grayson has worked for ABM/Ampco, American Greetings, Aramark, CBS TV, Emergency Communications Network, Experian, Harman International, Mandarin Oriental, MAPEI SpA and MAPEI Corporation, Mattel, Seguin Moreau, Sunkist Growers, Thales Avionics, and Universal Electronics to name a few, according to the press release.

Grayson graduated from Loyola Law School with her J.D. and earned her B.A. from the University of California in Los Angeles. Grayson has served for the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford, from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California, as a law clerk. Grayson is a board member for the Legal Division of The Jewish Federation. She was also named as one of the top 40 dealmakers in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s top 40 “Who’s Who in L.A. Law.” Grayson was also awarded The M&A Advisor’s 2011 “40 under 40 Award.”
