Supermodel Druglord Arrested Wednesday

Bikini model, Penthouse Pet, and sometimes criminal druglord, Simone Farrow, was arrested in Australia Wednesday after skipping bail nearly two months ago. Farrow, whose stage name is Simone Starr, also goes by 19 other aliases. The FBI regards her the brains behind a drug syndicate involving seven others, which distributed high-grade crystal meth, or “ice,” out of her apartment.

Farrow, 37, was first arrested in October of 2009 for her part in the alleged drug operation, when US agents discovered 85g of ice and drug paraphernalia in her Hollywood apartment. Jessica Petit, who once was Farrow’s assistant, quit when she saw “large amounts of ice” at the apartment.

Upon her arrest, she claimed she was not jumping bail, but fleeing for her life because “someone was trying to murder me.” She explained, “I’ve been in …. Relationships with numerous underworld figures or whatever you want to call them and I feel that maybe they feel threatened by my situation.”

The woman who has made FHM magazine’s Sexiest Woman in the World three times has not surprised authorities by changing venues. “It’s not uncommon in the modeling and entertainment industry,” said former special agent Brad Garrett. “If your skill set doesn’t take you any place else, where’s it going to take you. A quick buck would be distributing methamphetamine. It tells me that she was not that sophisticated, and she may be desperate for money.”

Farrow distributed the meth through FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service, disguising the packages as bath salts, pants or small fountain kits. One customer, Mark Andre Bolton, who was so intimate with her that she called him dad, reported spending over $200,000 on her drugs.

Of the seven people who worked under her, one of them, Xander Rian, committed suicide upon being contacted by authorities.

Courts will decide too how much, if at all, the supermodel’s alibis hold up.
