Kim Kardashian Asks to be Removed from Lawsuit

Kim Kardashian sure knows how to make waves whenever cameras or reporters are around her. She does not need a reality show to get her name written or to have pictures posted of her on the internet. This time, Kardashian made the news because of comments made during a lawsuit trial. She has called herself ‘Armenian and hairy’ in an effort to be removed from a lawsuit regarding beauty care products. Kardashian, 31, has been sued by Radiant. The company produces beauty products and claims that Kardashian endorsed their competitor’s hair removal product falsely.

Kardashian, America’s beloved reality star, has asked the court to remove her from the lawsuit because she claims that the statements she made about the product were true and her honest opinion of the product. Radiant claims that Kardashian said the product, TRIA, works to remove hair from every area of the body with permanent effects. The product can be used at home.

The brand TRIA says that it does none of the things Kardashian said and Radiant claims her statements about TRIA have put their product, known as no!no!, at a major disadvantage. Kardashian claims that she uses TRIA all over her body and that she was being honest about how well the product works for her hair removal.

“Being Armenian and hairy, I thought [TRIA] was the perfect product,” she said.
