A man has been arrested in Southeast Texas for riding on his unicycle with absolutely no clothes on, which caused major distractions for drivers and also causing a hazard for traffic in the area, according to authorities from the city. The Kemah city police chief, Greg Rikard, said that the suspect, a 45-year-old by the name of Joseph Glynn Farley, was not drunk or impaired in any way when the arrest took place. Farley was arrested on Wednesday while riding his unicycle naked on a bridge in Kemah, which is 20 miles southeast of Houston.
Rikard went on to say that Farley, even though he was not intoxicated, was continuously falling off the unicycle and landing in the road in front of traffic. Farley’s clothes were found at the foot of the bridge and he reportedly told officers who arrested him that he enjoyed the feeling he got by riding without his clothes on in public.
Farley is from Clear Lake and has been charged by police with a misdemeanor indecent exposure charge and his bond was set at $1,500. Farley does not have an attorney listed in internet court records.
