A DJ from Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, Dajuan Porter, was arrested early this month for giving oral sex to unsuspecting people who were oblivious to his acts. In the case, Porter was not charged with rape, but with sexual assault, because a charge of ‘rape’ involves force or threat of force in the sexual act. At least that is the logic of the police. Apparently, Porter was notorious for assaulting men as they slept and would regularly prowl the bar scene looking for men who had passed out. While waking up to oral sex can be considered a treat by some, in this case there were loud objections, and the police are urging more victims to step forward. The phenomenon was first reported by CBS 21.
Three charges have been brought against Porter over the past year. In the first case, it has been alleged that Porter climbed up a fire escape, broke in, and began performing oral sex on the male resident who was asleep. The other two cases involved acquaintances of Porter who reported that they woke up to find Porter busy in his act while they slept over with friends.
According to CBS 21 the habits of Porter were widely-known and had become commonplace knowledge in some circles.
