A lawsuit was filed this past Monday that alleges a pill of Virilis Pro caused the penis of Adrian Carter to bleed and eventually have most of the skin removed via surgery. Carter purchased the bottle of Virilis Pro from a gas station in Houston, Texas. He was then headed to a motel to spend the night with his significant other back in May of 2011. The lawsuit, secured by Courthouse News Service, claims the following:
“During sexual intercourse, plaintiff experienced significant pain and observed a large quantity of blood squirting out of his penis onto the sheets, walls and mirror in the hotel room; his penis and scrotum were visibly swollen,” Melissa Moore, Carter’s lawyer, wrote.
Carter went to a hospital in the vicinity so he could undergo surgery. Most of the skin from his penis had to be removed because the urethra separated entirely and the penis was swollen to dangerous levels. Moore said that Carter has to urinate using a catheter and might not have an erection again during his life.
Haute Health, the manufacturers of the pill, has not commented on the incident or the lawsuit. The company’s website states the following about the pill:
“It’s made with only natural ingredients to prevent harmful side effects. Always check with a healthcare professional before using any supplement. Virilis Pro is a male enhancement supplement that works to give you a harder erection for natural male enlargement and a more intense orgasm.”
