After separating from six years of an unconventional marriage, you would think that Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore would say “such is such, life is life,” and move on. But they haven’t. Their marriage, which ended in November of 2011 after the young Kutcher cheated on his 49-year-old wife with 22-year-old Sara Leal, remains in limbo.
And the rumors aren’t true: they aren’t haggling for money. As TMZ reports, they have given their lawyers no gesture towards filing divorce and there has been no discussion of dividing assets.
And Kutcher has some remarkable assets. He made $24 million last year for his role on “Two and a Half Men,” making him the highest-paid actor on television. It seems Moore isn’t concerned over that. Nevertheless, she is not made of stone. People Magazine quoted some friends of hers as saying she is “jealous” of Kutcher’s current relationship with “That 70s Show” co-star Mila Kunis. The two have publicly flaunted their relationship. One source said that “What was humiliating was having her husband cheat on her in such a public way.”
It seems Kutcher has acted his age in how he disrespected their marriage, and Moore has acted her age in not making a huge legal dispute over her personal grievances.
