D’Agostino had joined Chadbourne in 2003 and high net worth individuals across industries like pharmaceuticals, copper, professional services, banking and insurance. She is strong in corporate practice and her experience spans a number of disciplines including compliance, governance, restructurings, securities, Intellectual property, financings, and joint ventures. She also advises on antitrust for FCPA and UK Bribery Act, as well as Investment Trade in Services Survey Act.
Clara Krivoy is expected to strengthen the law firm’s practice in Latin America and she is the President of the Venezuelan American Association of the U.S. She represents both domestic and international clients in corporate and securities and high net worth individuals throughout Latin America, U.S. and Spain.
John Marciano is an expert on independent power projects and is a member of Chadbourne’s project finance group. His practice focuses on renewable power installations from small scale to multi-billion dollar operations. He helps in complicated mergers and is recognized as a thought leader in the industry. He was given the Client Choice Award for United States – Corporate Tax by the firm’s International Law Office.
Keith Rosen rejoined Chadbourne last year from the United States Attorney’s Office in Wilmington Delaware, where he was the Chief of the Criminal Division. He would be strengthening the white collar defense practice of the firm which has recruited three other partners since 2011. Rosen has over a decade of experience with the DOJ.
Paul Tanck did his B.S. from MIT and JD from Fordham before joining Chadbourne as a IP litigator. He has a wide range of clientele ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Recently, he had won a big jury verdict for Rockwell Automation.
