The incident happened at about 4 a.m. on Thursday, outside a New York nightclub. The police are of the opinion that the injuries suffered by the woman who was assaulted are extremely minor, signaling a lack of both significance and consequence.
A pedestrian, who had complained in September that Lindsay Lohan had struck him with her Porsche in an alley, has already found out where the sympathies of the ‘system’ are, as the October court date of that case has been canceled, and another not scheduled.
We don’t like people complaining about little things when it concerns celebrities, because people and paparazzi are always trying to take advantage of them, and do understand why, as Reuters reported, New York Police Sergeant John Buthorn said the other woman had sustained “minor, minor injuries,” emphasizing on the “minor” part.
Apparently, Lohan was arrested on third-degree misdemeanor assault charge, and she refused medical attention. She would be appearing before the court later to face the charges.
Except for Charlie Sheen sending her a $100,000 check recently to help her out, there has been little good news about Lohan of late. Even her launch of “Liz & Dick” portraying the character of Elizabeth Taylor has drawn few accolades and more criticism than usual.
She’s going through an extremely troubled patch of time, and having spats and scuffles with people ranging from unknown pedestrians to her own mom, and a man taking her photos inside a hotel room, thrown in between.
