Helloooo everyone! As you read this I am enjoying my time in CHARLESTON!!! Okay, I’ve only been here about 7 hours, but I’m here! What, What!!!! Can you tell I’m excited?! Oh, because I AM!
You know what else I’m excited about? MY NEW PILLOW!
You all must know by now that I’m a total grandma – I love my sleep!
Which is why I was super excited when I got the opportunity to receive a pillow from Technogel!

T-Sleeping is the sleep section of technogel, which makes both pillows and mattresses. Technogel makes several types of pillows based on your sleeping position and your body. I was able to choose from a variety of pillows:
I ended up choosing the Classic, which is “recommended for those who prefer low height pillows. Suggested for those who sleep mainly on their back or who have medium to small body conformation.”

The first thing I noticed about this pillow? It certainly isn’t a regular pillow. First of all, it was heavy when I pulled it out. Why? The Gel!
These pillows aren’t like regular pillows, they are made with 3D deformation, which allows pressure to be evenly distributed across the entire surface, thermal regulation, which disperses heat, and ventilation, which also helps to disperse heat.
Technogel believes that good sleep affects your quality of life (I have to agree) and that your pillow should adapt and conform to your body.
So what do I think?
Don’t even try and steal my technogel pillow.
I knew just pulling it out of the box that I would love it, but obviously I wanted to give it several nights’ sleep before I let you all know how I really feel about it. I’m typically a stomach/side sleeper, but I’ve been trying to sleep on my back because I know it’s typically better for you. Also my knees always hurt when I wake up from sleeping on my side… random, I know. Anyway, since using the technogel pillow, I’ve had a much easier time of sleeping on my back. The pillow really does conform to my neck/head and is incredibly comfortable.
I’ve also noticed that I sleep better since getting the pillow. Nothing drastic, but I seem to be getting up much less in the middle of the night. I‘m also not getting up to smack around my pillows and readjust them to be comfortable! I realized yesterday morning after I got up that although I’d woken up and fallen back asleep, I did not once actually GET UP in the middle of the night, which I normally do because I’m awake! I’m hoping a few more nights on this pillow (okay, well after my trip) and I’ll be sleeping even better.
