Actress Brooke Mueller, one of Charlie Sheen’s ex-wives, has been released from rehab in an incredibly quick period of time, according to TMZ. We last heard of Mueller entering rehab just days ago, six in fact, to help her deal with an addiction to the drug Adderall. This most recent stint in rehab was the 19th for Mueller, who obviously has some major problems with drug addiction in her life right now.
People close to Mueller said that her goal in rehab this time was to detox, which has the ability to fix immediate issues with addiction. The short stay in rehab does not help with the underlying addiction problems that Mueller has though. She is enrolled in repeated  outpatient treatment for psychological problems. Mueller has said since her release from rehab that she is feeling better.
Mueller’s twins are back in her custody following her release as well. Denise Richards, the second ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, was given the twins when Mueller was sent to rehab. The twins are Bob and Max. Reportedly, Mueller did not appreciate Denise asking to take the twins to Charlie’s Christmas party while she was in rehab. Mueller’s mom picked up the twins the next day.
