Proskauer Rose Adds Connie N. Bertram to Its Employment Law Practice

Law firm Proskauer Rose announced on Wednesday that it had hired prominent employment litigator Connie N. Bertram as a partner in its Washington D.C. office. Ms. Bertram leaves Cooley LLP to join Proskaeur Ros as the co-head of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice in Washington D.C. She will also co-head the Whistleblowing & Retaliation practice group.

Speaking on the occasion, Paul Salvatore, Co-Chair of Proskauer’s Labor & Employment Law Department said, “Connie is one of Washington’s star labor and employment lawyers, and we’re delighted to welcome her to Proskauer … Her joining reflects our continued commitment to attract the best talent to serve our clients and ensure that our labor and employment capabilities are second to none.”

Ms Bertram was selected among Washington Business Journals “Top Washington Lawyers” in employment litigation. She was also named the “Leading Lawyer” in labor and employment law by the Legal Times and a “Top Washington Lawyer” in employment law by the Washingtonian magazine.
