Loeb & Loeb Adds Ross D. Emmerman to Corporate Department in Chicago

The law firm of Loeb & Loeb LLP announced via a press release that Ross D. Emmerman joined the firm’s office in Chicago as a partner in the Corporate Department. He has experience with public and private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, and securities offerings. He previously worked for Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, also in Chicago.

“Ross is a talented attorney with a wealth of experience and his practice is an important element of our strategy to increase the breadth and depth of our Chicago-based transactional capabilities,” Michael D. Emmerman has worked with the following companies during his career: TransUnion Corp., Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, Interpark Holdings, LLC and Gary Comer, Inc., among others.

“Ross has a depth of expertise in middle-market dealmaking across many industries, as well as vast experience counseling high-net-worth individuals and families, both very important areas of focus for our firm,” David S.
