Ex-NFL Cheerleader Grabs 12-Year-Old’s Penis, Offers Oral Sex

Elizabeth Garner, known for being one of the oldest cheerleaders for the Tennessee Titans, when she was in her late 30s and the rest of the team in their 20s, is now making other news after she tried to rape a boy. She allegedly grabbed a 12-year-old boy’s penis from outside his pants when he left a party at his house to go to the bathroom, and tried to perform oral sex on him. The boy immediately reported the inappropriate behavior to his parents and also said that Garner, who is now 42, asked him if he had ever been with a woman.

The parents then informed law enforcement, and Garner is being charged with solicitation of a minor for rape of a child. In her defense, the former cheerleader said she was drunk and confused, thinking that the 12-year-old was in fact a grown man who was also at the party.

“That’s just absolutely no excuse for sexually assaulting a child. If you can’t tell the difference between a 12-year-old and an adult then there are problems,” said Kyle Evens of Murfreesboro Police Department.

WTVF spoke to Garner and her husband and she claimed to be innocent. She has meanwhile been released on a $30,000 bond. If found guilty, she could serve over eight years in prison.
