Vicki Gunvalson, a cast member of Bravo’s Housewife series, The Real Housewives of Orange County, was on the season 8 premiere of the show on Monday night. She really looks different too, according to People.
“I’m all about renovating everything right now, whether it’s my body or my home,” she said on the show. “And I decided, what can I do to build my self-esteem?”
Gunvalson told viewers that she had some work performed by co-star Alexis Bellino’s plastic surgeon.
“I did some cartilage reconstruction on my nose,” she said. “I had some fat injected in the upper part of my cheeks so I don’t have any more wrinkles. And I did a little chin implant.”
“I was ridiculed that I look like a certain character,” she said. She was talking about Slade Smiley’s joke about Miss Piggy. Smiley is the boyfriend of co-star Gretchen Rossi. “And it does hurt me. It did offend me.”

“My face is still really numb. I feel like one of those Muppets where half of [the head] moved and half of it didn’t,” she said.
“I’ve not told any of the other women about my surgery,” she said on Orange County. “I know I’m going to be talked about. If they want to say something, say it to my face – my numb face.”
After the premier, she appeared on Andy Cohen’s program “Watch What Happens Live.” She said, “Hopefully it doesn’t look any different. I just kind of closed my eyes and said just do what you think is going to look good and they did it.”
