Mintz Levin Adds to San Francisco Office

The law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C . has announced via a press release that it has added a product liability group to its office in San Francisco. Those added to the firm are Daniel J. Herling and Michelle Gillette.

“The addition of these outstanding attorneys adds another important strategic dimension to our West Coast presence,” Robert I. Herling was a partner at Keller and Heckman and focuses his practice on complex litigation surrounding class actions, product liability, patent infringement, intellectual property litigation, and professional liability.

Gillette also comes from Keller and Heckman with experience in trial litigator. She has experience representing businesses in lawsuits involving unfair business practices, trade secrets, torts, unfair competition, false or misleading advertising and patent litigation.
